Review - Smol: Eco-Friendly Cleaning That Actually Works

As someone who’s always on the lookout for sustainable swaps that don’t cost the earth (literally and financially), I was excited to be kindly sent a selection of smol products to try.

The smol dishwasher tablets are all-in-one - meaning no extra salt or rinse aid needed. Everything came out sparkling, with no chalky residue in sight. The packaging is 100% plastic-free and stores neatly in the cupboard. Big tick.

Washing Up Liquid

If you’re conscious of chemicals on your hands, you’ll love this one. It’s plant-powered, biodegradable, and it cut through grease quickly without needing loads of product. It definitely feels gentler than traditional brands but still gets the job done.

Surface Spray

This one might be my favourite. The multi-purpose surface spray arrives as a refillable “bottle-for-life” and tiny dissolvable tablets - a simple swap that eliminates single-use plastic and cuts down on carbon-heavy deliveries. The new sweet orange formula smells gorgeous and works brilliantly on kitchen counters and bathroom surfaces. It’s powerful without feeling harsh, and I love that the refills take up almost no space.

Is smol Worth It?
